Christmas gives us an ideal time – the one perfect chance in the year – to say ‘thank you’ to our customers for their business. And, since 67% of customers leave a company because they think you don’t care about them; this is your opportunity to prove you do.
The following are some simple ways you can say ‘thanks very much’
- Send a Christmas card
- Make a special trip to see them and say ‘thank you’ personally
- Send a ‘relevant’ gift
- Invite them to an event
- Give them a call to say thanks
